In this role, you will partner with colleges and universities to optimize HR and payroll operations using Banner. The ideal candidate will have: * Deep experience in the higher education sector. * Proven expertise in configuring, supporting, and improving Ellucian Banner HR and Payroll modules. As a Banner consultant with SIG, you will: • Provide implementation services, including training, functional consulting, and technical support for Banner at client sites., • Analyze current HR and payroll processes and suggest ways to utilize technological tools to improve efficiency., • Review payroll data for accuracy and maximize the functionality of the payroll system., • Address payroll-related questions and issues on time., • Collaborate with college and university stakeholders in a professional manner.
