IS THIS YOU? • You believe in the value of athletics as a means to teach and model the principles of fair play, teamwork, good sportsmanship, effort, and self-improvement., • You have the knowledge and experience to teach volleyball skills, lead practices and conditioning for individuals and a team., • You are passionate about the area that you are coaching and have knowledge and experience with skills and conditioning related to volleyball skill development., • You are passionate about volleyball and are eager to develop your students love for it too., • You are professional, responsible, and collaborative with students, families, and colleagues., • You are able to start immediately., • Ensure compliance with the rules, regulations, and expectations of the CIF and BACSAC., • Oversee all practices and games and supervise the athletes in their use of all facilities., • Submit to the AD a complete, cleared roster of team members and full season schedule., • Assist in the prevention and care of injuries., • Follow the appropriate procedures for budget, purchasing, and transportation., • Ensure that all school disciplinary policies are followed., • Act as liaison between the school and parents, AD and Leadership., • Coordinate any banquets, awards or honors with the Athletic Director.
