Job Description Job description: Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician (Mobile / Temp-to-Hire) – Urgent Hire Location: Roseville, CA (3 locations) & Folsom, CA (1 location) Pay: $40/hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 hrs/day Type: Temp-to-Hire Job Description: We need a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician immediately! This temp-to-hire role floats between four office business parks. Candidates must meet all requirements and be ready to handle a variety of maintenance tasks across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, equipment installation, and preventative maintenance. Responsibilities: • Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs, • Light bulb & ballast replacement, • Door and lock repairs, • Fire extinguisher inspections & emergency system testing, • Site inspections & hazard reporting, • Experience in maintenance, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC, • Strong troubleshooting skills, • Ability to travel between sites, • Excellent communication & organizational skills Company DescriptionSVS Group has extensive experience in many industries.
