We're seeking an experienced and charismatic Front of House Manager to lead our team and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Job Summary: As our FOH Manager, you'll be responsible for leading our front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales, and maintain our high standards of service and hospitality. You'll work closely with our management team to develop and implement strategies to enhance the guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of servers, hosts/hostesses, and bussers to deliver exceptional guest experiences, • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve guest satisfaction, and increase revenue, • Maintain high standards of service, hospitality, and cleanliness throughout the restaurant, • Manage inventory, labor, and supplies to optimize profitability, • Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure seamless execution of service, • Develop and coach team members to improve performance and achieve goals, • Participate in recruitment, hiring, and training of new team members Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in a front-of-house management role in a high-volume restaurant, • Excellent communication and leadership skills, • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred, • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends What We Offer: • Competitive salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year, • Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance, • Bonus potential, • Unlimited advancement potential: opportunities to grow with our company and take on new challenges, • Dynamic and supportive work environment, • Opportunities for professional development and growth If you're interested and qualified, please send your resume to to apply for the FOH Manager position in Willow Grove, PA!
