Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service to guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. 2. Crowd Control: Managing crowd flow and ensuring a safe and organized environment, especially during peak times and special events. 3. Location Management: Overseeing operations, including coordinating boat or bus arrivals and departures, managing ticket sales, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist guests with enthusiasm and professionalism. - Monitor crowd levels and implement crowd control measures as needed. - Coordinate with boat or bus captains and crew to ensure smooth operations. - Manage ticket sales, transactions, and inventory. - Maintain orderliness of the pier area. - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and courteously. - Ensure compliance with all safety, security, and regulatory requirements. Qualifications: - Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or event management preferred. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Knowledge of crowd control techniques and safety protocols is a plus. - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
