Our mission is to transform how money moves. We believe stablecoins will underpin a new financial fabric, one that is faster, more global, and more efficient than today’s siloed systems. That is why we are building AUSD and the Agora stack—a full-service platform that makes issuing, managing, and integrating stablecoins seamless for developers, fintechs, and institutions. We’re backed by world-class investors including Paradigm and Dragonfly, and we’re growing a team to reimagine how value moves online. ABOUT THE TEAM We bring the discipline of high-performance finance teams and the creativity of a fast-moving crypto-native startup. We’re a small, mission-driven group of builders who move fast, sweat the details, and hold a high bar for excellence. You’ll be joining a tight-knit team that values clear thinking, extreme ownership, and high-velocity decision making. ABOUT THE ROLE As our People Operations & Office Coordinator, you are our engine room. This is a high-leverage role designed for a "super-generalist" who thrives on operational excellence rather than abstract HR strategy. You will be the "glue" that keeps our team running, acting as a trusted advisor to employees and a direct source of leverage for our Founder. You are someone who finds genuine satisfaction in "closing the loop"—whether that’s ensuring a complex payroll run is flawless, organizing a world-class team off-site, or solving a sensitive internal issue before it reaches the Founder's desk. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Founder Leverage & Admin: Act as the primary point of contact for administrative tasks, expenses, and office logistics. You are here to clear the path so the leadership team can stay focused on building. Payroll & Finance Ops: Take full ownership of monthly payroll and benefits administration. You’ll manage expenses and ensure our financial "house" is in order from an employee perspective. The "Safe Harbor" for HR: Act as an approachable, confidential point of contact for the team. Event & Culture Logistics: Plan and execute high-impact team off-sites and on-sites. From travel logistics to catering, you ensure our culture thrives in person and remotely. HR Generalist Tasks: Own the "nuts and bolts" of the employee lifecycle—onboarding, offboarding, contract management, and maintaining our internal documentation. WHO YOU ARE Execution-Focused: You aren't interested in corporate "fluff." You want to get things done and you take pride in the accuracy of your work. Operationally Minded: You have 5–10 years of experience in a startup, finance, or fast-paced professional environment. You have a "no task too small" mindset. Trusted & Discrete: You can handle sensitive information and personal employee issues with the utmost maturity and confidentiality. Detail-Obsessed: You sweat the details, whether it’s a decimal point in a spreadsheet or the timing of a flight for a team event.
