Position Summary: Qualified candidates must have experience with high-end custom millwork and have an innate passion for their work product. Millworkers are required to know how to build countertops and build casework - both are vital to the fabrication of reception units and diewalls. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing • Have a full understanding of shop drawings and ability to read blueprints; know how to relate the elevations, plan views, and detail (section cut) views together in order to complete a project requirements and accurately read a tape measure., • Sand solid woods and veneers using pneumatic sanders as well as hand sanding., • Verify drawing and part dimensions before assembling projects., • Able to create jigs for many different applications, including routing reveals, arcs, radiuses, wall plates, wood profiles, etc., • Identify different species of wood (solids and veneers)., • Fabricate solid surface material (i.e. Corian)., • Apply plastic laminate to flat and radius vertical surfaces without causing bubbles and making sure that the joints are tight., • Capable of leading a team through the processes of fabricating diewalls, wall panel systems, standing and running trim projects, display cases, nurse stations, reception desks, etc., • Have your own tools or ability to obtain tools as indicated on the tool list (see page 2)., • Have a strong ability to solve problems regarding machining mistakes, unclear shop drawings, etc. in order to complete projects in a timely manner., • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline orientated environment., • Maintain work area, organized and orderly, ensuring compliance with the company's safety and health regulations.🌟 What Makes You a Great Fit, • Previous knowledge and experience in Millwork/Casework., • Possess a positive and professional attitude with the ability to support our Core Values, • You communicate clearly and confidently, whether it’s with clients or teammates, • You’re energized by collaboration and bring positivity to every interactionJob Details, • 💰 Salary: $22 - $30 an hour, commensurate upon experience., • Job Type: Full Time. Job Description The position exists to process and/or assemble small spring components of various types and sizes. Occasionally, the incumbent will be asked and expected to perform various, miscellaneous, and non-standard duties as required. Such duties are diversified in nature and may be changed from time to time to suit the needs of the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Follows work order instructions (routers) in order to meet company and customer requirements, • The person operates Force Test and/or Benchmark machines, • Microscopically inspects work performed to ensure the product produced meets specifications and may assist in packing products, • Record quantities of product finished using standard company methods, • Maintains established performance levels on a consistent basis, • Completes electronic and paper-based records with speed and accuracy, • Must be capable of achieving performance levels as established, • Ability to effectively use microscopes as an essential component of this position, • Employee is occasionally required to stand, • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to walk, • This position is mainly sedentary; Therefore, required to sit, • Occasionally will need to bend, stoop and squat, • Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, • Required to reach with hands and arms to handle documents and products The work environment conditions are typical of a manufacturing environment.
