Position Overview The Academic Operations Director leads the strategy, systems, and performance of academic operations across the network. The role builds and manages processes that ensure quality, equity, and consistency while supervising team members and using data and feedback to improve outcomes. As a member of the Schools Team, this leader oversees the operational systems—such as timelines, materials, and coordination—that enable strong teaching and learning across campuses.
