Master’s degree a plus., • Minimum of 10 years of experience in servicing municipal/public clients and managing projects related to infrastructure, transportation, stormwater management and utility design., • Professional Engineer (PE) license in NJ is required., • Strong design skills and experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D., • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
