We're looking for a Territory Infusion Account Executive who wants their work to mean something — someone who brings energy, ownership, and purpose to growing provider partnerships and expanding access to infusion care. This is a field‑based sales role with up to 40% travel annually, supporting territory growth and relationship development. Why This Role Matters This role plays a critical part in connecting patients with timely, high‑quality infusion therapy by building trusted provider relationships and expanding referral access. In this role, you'll contribute to work that: • Helps patients access the infusion care they need—faster and with confidence, • Supports physicians and care teams through clarity, responsiveness, and coordination, • Own and execute a territory sales strategy targeting prescribers, infusion centers, specialty clinics, and hospital systems, • Build and maintain strong referral partnerships with physicians, advanced practice providers, case managers, and discharge planners, • Educate providers on LUX Infusion's specialty and home infusion services, including IG suite‑based and home‑based care, • Highlight LUX's comprehensive support model, including benefits verification, reimbursement support, onboarding, and care coordination, • Collaborate closely with internal clinical and operational teams to support chronic and complex patient cases, • Manage pipeline activity, referral growth, and performance metrics using CRM tools, • A Bachelor's degree or at least five (5) years of relevant sales experience, • A minimum of three (3) years of documented B2B sales success, preferably in healthcare, medical device, or specialty pharmacy, • A consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales goals year over year, • Comfort thriving in a fast‑paced, field‑based sales role with significant face‑to‑face engagement, • Experience selling complex healthcare or clinical solutions (infusion therapy, specialty biologics, DME, or home clinical services), • Strong relationship‑building, communication, and strategic selling skills, • Motivation grounded in patient‑centered selling and long‑term provider partnership growthBonus Points If You Have, • Experience in infusion therapy, specialty biologics, oncology, neurology, gastroenterology, or immunology, • Familiarity with third‑party reimbursement, prior authorizations, and specialty pharmacy workflows, • Experience working with EMRs, CRM platforms, and care coordination teams Here, you'll find: • Purpose‑driven sales work with real patient impact, • Autonomy to fully own your territory, backed by strong clinical and operational teams, • A collaborative, performance‑focused culture While performing the duties of this position, the employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, or sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear.
