Job Description Position Job Title: Vice President, Performance Marketing FLSA Classification: Exempt Position Summary: The Vice President of Performance & Brand Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing an integrated marketing strategy that drives qualified traffic, increases conversion, and strengthens the company brand across all channels. This leader will oversee both paid and organic digital marketing programs as well as brand and content initiatives that differentiate New Home Co. in a competitive marketplace. The ideal candidate is a data-driven strategist with strong creative instincts—capable of scaling acquisition campaigns while shaping a brand narrative that builds long-term loyalty and trust. Responsibilities: • Performance Marketing Leadership, • Develop, lead, and optimize all paid and organic digital media strategies to drive qualified leads, community engagement, and homebuyer conversions., • Manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max), Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok, continuously refining strategies to maximize ROAS., • Oversee partnerships and performance with industry platforms such as Zillow, Redfin, MLS, BDX and other real estate aggregators to improve visibility, lead quality, and cost efficiency., • Build and manage multi-channel media budgets, forecasting spend and performance against sales goals and ROI targets., • Lead A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and data analytics to inform targeting, creative, and channel strategy., • Brand Marketing & Creative Strategy, • Shape and elevate the New Home Co. brand identity, ensuring consistency across digital, print, signage, model homes, and customer experience touchpoints., • Lead the development of compelling brand campaigns, video content, and storytelling initiatives that connect emotionally with consumers and reflect the company’s values of quality, integrity, and well-being., • Partner with internal and agency creative teams to produce engaging content that supports both awareness and conversion objectives., • Oversee brand standards, messaging frameworks, and creative execution to ensure alignment with New Home Co’s tone and positioning across all markets., • Data Insights & Technology, • Implement and oversee advanced analytics tools and dashboards to measure media performance, track consumer behavior, and guide data-driven decision-making., • Leverage CRM and marketing automation systems to personalize customer engagement and improve lead nurturing throughout the buyer journey., • Stay ahead of digital trends, emerging platforms, and innovations that can enhance marketing effectiveness and customer connection., • Leadership & Collaboration, • Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team that blends analytical precision with creative excellence., • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and Design teams to ensure marketing efforts align with company goals and the customer experience vision., • Manage relationships with external media, creative, and technology partners to drive efficiency and innovation. Key Qualifications (example): • 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including executive-level leadership in performance, digital, and brand marketing for growth-oriented organizations., • Proven success driving measurable ROI and lead generation through large-scale, multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and real estate industry platforms (Zillow, Redfin, MLS, BDX)., • Deep expertise in data analytics, marketing attribution, A/B testing, and conversion optimization, with hands-on proficiency in tools like GA4, Salesforce, and HubSpot., • Demonstrated ability to shape and scale brand identity through integrated creative strategies that connect emotionally with consumers and accelerate business performance., • Strong command of media strategy, budgeting, and forecasting, aligning spend efficiency and performance outcomes with company revenue goals., • Seasoned leader and team builder, adept at mentoring high-performing marketing professionals and fostering collaboration across Sales, Operations, and Design., • Visionary, data-driven strategist who stays ahead of digital trends, leveraging emerging technologies and platforms to maintain competitive advantage. Base Salary: The expected base salary for this position is between $190,000 to $210,000 per year, depending on experience and skillset. Base salary is paid bi-weekly.
