We are seeking an experienced Working Shop Foreman to lead a busy, high-skill fabrication shop. This role is highly hands-on, leading approximately 50 shop employees while reporting directly to the Production Manager. BAMCO is a specialty metals fabricator. Experience running sheet metal or fabrication crew is ideal, but strong foremen from woodworking, stone fabrication, or custom job shops can transition successfully if they understand how a shop runs and arent uncomfortable to lead from the floor. This is not a desk job. We need someone who knows fabrication, knows people, and knows how to keep work moving.
