Job DescriptionIDD Registered Nurse (IDD RN)Minimum Qualifications Education: New York State License and current registration to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse (RN). Experience: At least one year of post-licensure clinical nursing experience working with individuals with developmental and/or intellectual disabilities preferred. Certifications/Licenses: Current NYS RN licensure and registration required. Work Eligibility: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Work Location Requirement: Onsite/residential setting with required on-call rotation. Performs other supportive tasks in accordance with a care plan outlined by the Nursing Supervisor, 13. Completes timely, accurate, and complete documentation of care/service performed weekly in accordance with organizational policy, 14. Demonstrates understanding of the Client Bill of Rights and respect for the clients privacy and property, 15. Complies with HIPAA regulations assuring confidentiality in all aspects of client, employee, and agency information., 16. Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, coworkers, and supervisory staff, 17. Submits annual health screening, credentialing, and education update documentation required for HR record prior to expiration dates, 18.
