Job Description Dental Hi-Tech Management, Inc. (Dental Hi-Tech) is celebrating 20 years as a trusted leader in Dental technology Installation and support experts. With offices in Long Island, Manhattan, and expanding into new states, we are building the future of dental technology integration — from IT infrastructure and HIPAA compliance to nationwide vendor partnerships. We are seeking a Business Development & Growth Executive to join our leadership team and work closely with our executive team to expand our successful business model to different verticals, vendor relationships, generate new business opportunities, and drive nationwide growth initiatives. Position Overview This role is designed for a strategic, entrepreneurial professional who thrives at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and technical sales. You will act as a direct extension of the CEO, helping transform high-level ideas into real-world outcomes: vendor programs, marketing campaigns, geographic expansion, and client acquisition. Key Responsibilities Create and execute strategic initiatives across marketing, sales, and Partnerships. Build new and manage existing vendor relationships across states with Hardware and Software vendors, AI platforms and create new partnerships with out of state MSPs Develop and implement B2B marketing and sales strategies to drive qualified leads and new client acquisition and convert them to our clients. Conduct technical sales presentations for dental practices and other new industries, showcasing our MSP, cybersecurity, and compliance solutions. Secure vendor co-op marketing funds and maximize partner programs. Represent Dental Hi-Tech at trade shows, industry events, and vendor meetings. Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying and recruiting niche technical or sales specialists when needed. Contribute to expansion efforts in new regions, with measurable growth targets. Qualifications Proven track record in business development, sales, or partnerships (MSP/IT services background strongly preferred). Strong technical sales knowledge of MSP/cybersecurity, HIPAA compliance, and Low Voltage and IT infrastructure solutions. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to turn ideas into execution. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience securing vendor partnerships and marketing funds. High level of accountability and ability to work directly with executive leadership.
