The Opportunity ITEC Foundation (ITECF) seeks a Vice President of Development (VP) to serve as the lead fundraiser for New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and surrounding areas. This mission-driven, self-motivated, and highly organized professional will provide strategic leadership to grow individual and institutional giving in the Tri-State region, with a strong focus on major gifts. Reporting to the CEO, the VP will lead the development strategy, strengthen donor relationships, build philanthropic support, and elevate ITEC’s brand through compelling campaigns and events. Key Responsibilities * Develop and execute a comprehensive Tri-State development strategy in collaboration with the CEO, President, board, and staff to expand individual and institutional support. * Set and manage short- and long-term fundraising goals aligned with ITEC’s mission and growth plans. * Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward a portfolio of major donors, securing new and increased gifts. * Plan and execute fundraising events in New York City, Westchester, and the Hamptons; arrange speaking engagements for ITEC alumni from Israel. * Manage the Regional Board of Directors, including recruitment of new members. * Partner with event planners to deliver a successful Annual Gala, overseeing all donor engagement and fundraising efforts tied to this signature event. * Collaborate with colleagues regionally, nationally, and internationally to ensure strong brand positioning and consistent, high-quality campaign messaging. * Coordinate with Florida-based staff on major event planning and donor engagement. Salary Range: $180,000–$200,000 per year, depending on experience.
