Activities are to be documented as a task in Salesforce and volleyed between AE & SE until developed or potential is closed., • In conjunction with Program Entity assigned Sales Executives, strategize and plan tasks or activities to jointly develop or penetrate PE’s for additional business opportunities., • Document Program Entities within Salesforce utilizing tasks or Chatter on items such as agency development, offers of services/benefits, agency changes, etc., • Review agency variances for assigned book and working with SE, Regional Manager/Leader determine if any further actions are needed. Suggestions may include rate or term adjustments, offering of additional IPFS services or further involvement of the Sales Executive., • Develop and maintain knowledge of tools used by our Customers, including the ability to effectively communicate the applicable features and benefits and provide training on its usage. This would include our website, eForms, email reports, available payment options, and TotalPay., • Communicate effectively and frequently with Sales Executive(s) on all program entity relationships within assigned portfolio of program entities, • Communicate effectively with the Regional Manager/Leader as they require it.
