What You’ll Do • Grow a book of business in auto, home, life, and commercial insurance., • Lead client development, sales, and service., • Build and manage a team as you prepare for your own agency., • P&C licensed (or willing to obtain quickly)., • Leadership or management background (business ownership, team leadership, or sales management)., • Entrepreneurial drive with financial readiness to transition into ownership., • Compensation: $50K–$0K base + commission., • Graduate Bonus: $4,000 when appointed as Agency Owner., • Path to Ownership: Fast-track to running your own Farmers agency., • Support: Training, mentorship, and resources to grow and scale.
