Job Description If you have 2+ years supporting a residential real estate agent or team and hold an active CA real estate license, this is your opportunity to step into a top-tier role. We’re hiring a strategic Real Estate Director of Operations to support Olga Golovoko, a top-producing agent ranked in the top 1.5% nationwide and the #1 Keller Williams agent in Northern California and Hawaii. In this role, you’ll be the go-to executor—providing executive support, delivering excellent client service, and ensuring listings and transactions move efficiently from start to finish. You’ll refine systems, streamline processes, and keep the team organized and aligned. By handling details and removing roadblocks, you’ll free the Lead Agent to focus on relationships, new business, and closing deals. You’ll also collaborate closely with marketing and field support to ensure seamless execution across the team. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 in addition to bonus opportunities Benefits: Paid vacation, holidays, and sick leave. Contribution toward medical benefits, and 401(k) with employer contribution Hours: HYBRID SCHEDULE - Full-time, 40+ hrs, M-F (9-6) with some flexibility from time to time in the evenings and occasional rare weekends for emergencies. Location: Campbell, CA. You live within a 40-minute commute of Campbell, CA. You have daily access to a personal vehicle that you can drive for work-related tasks. You have a driver’s license, and you carry insurance. Compensation: $120,000 - $150,000 yearly Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Executive Support – Serve as the Lead Agent’s primary support, ensuring she stays organized, prepared, and focused. You’ll manage emails, calls, calendars, and deliver concierge-level client service to create a smooth, professional experience from first contact to close., • Operations Management – Streamline systems, refine processes, and coordinate with team members to keep the business running at peak efficiency. You’ll manage budgets, track invoices, and monitor ROI to support smart, strategic growth., • Client Care – Maintain and organize the database, nurture relationships with thoughtful communication, and provide high-touch service before, during, and after each transaction., • Listing Management – Prepare listings for the market by coordinating vendors, managing home prep, supporting listing appointments, and ensuring all disclosures and materials are accurate and complete., • Buyer Support – Coordinate showings, set up property searches, prepare offer packages, and assist with market analyses as needed. Your strong organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and ability to prioritize keep projects moving efficiently and ensure nothing slips through the cracks. You’re resourceful, proactive, and comfortable solving problems before they escalate. You approach your work with a positive, solutions-oriented mindset—keeping clients informed, supporting the team, and ensuring transactions progress smoothly.
