We’re looking for a skilled Insurance Sales & Service Representative who can manage policy processing, support our sales team, and create the kind of “wow” experiences that keep clients coming back year after year. Compensation: $70,000 Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Client Care & Relationship Management • Be the friendly, professional face of the agency — greeting clients, answering questions, and ensuring they feel valued and informed, • Support clients through onboarding, renewals, billing, and coverage changes with warmth and precision, • Process a high volume of personal lines policies with accuracy and speed, • Manage renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and other policy changes, • Coordinate with carriers, producers, and underwriters to ensure seamless delivery, • Assist the sales team with quoting, onboarding, and follow-up for personal and small business policies, • Handle inbound leads and referrals quickly and professionally, • Partner closely with teammates in our Philadelphia office and in our connected real estate offices, • Jump in to help with projects, reporting, and internal process improvements, • 2–3 years of experience in insurance, title, or a similar administrative/sales role, • Active P&C license (or willingness to obtain within 120 days), • Tech-savvy and detail-driven, with strong organization and follow-through skills, • Excellent communication — clear, professional, and friendly, • A “finisher” who takes ownership and gets things done, • Experienced with EZLynx or similar AMS platforms Compensation & Benefits Clarification • Base Salary: $55,000 – $70,000 (commensurate with experience), • Bonus Plan: Based on performance and client satisfaction metrics, • Health Insurance: Company contribution toward monthly premiums, • Paid Time Off: Vacation + all major national holidays, • Tech Allowance, • Professional Development: Paid continuing education, licensing reimbursement, and certification opportunities About Company At Customer First Insurance Agency, we truly live up to our name, putting clients and team members first.
