Assist customers with policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete. Process new insurance applications and renewals, verifying information and setting up new accounts. Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, working towards satisfactory resolutions. Maintain organized customer records and update information in the CRM system promptly. Assist customers with title, tag and registration work in the PennDOT system, where you will also generate leads. Obtain a Notary Public certification with the help of our agency. Job Description Essential Responsibilities • Provides direction to team members to ensure all expected transactions are disbursed daily, emails in queues are replied to timely, and be the first point of contact for funding escalations., • Identifies team members who need training and works with team members and management team to complete training., • Identifies SOPs that need updates/creation and works with team members and management team to complete them., • Keeps team members up to date on best practices and continuing expectations., • Provides quality customer service, including interacting with customers, answering customer inquiries, and effectively handling customer complaints., • Monitors workflow queues to ensure timely disbursements and follow up for post-closing accounting issues., • Oversee the funding team to disburse closing proceeds in accordance with parties’ instructions and applicable law., • Comply with documents: contracts, settlement statements, closing disclosures, mortgages, deeds and title policies., • Remedy post-closing funding issues through contact with closing agents and other internal and external parties., • Work collaboratively with all stakeholders including but not limited to internal operations teams, client, outside counsel, and title agent partners., • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Experience and Education • High school diploma or GED required; Baccalaureate degree preferred., • Three (3) years’ experience in the closing and/or funding department with title or closing company preferred., • Work under general supervision., • Strong customer service skills required., • National purchase and refinance experience preferable., • Experience utilizing ResWare, or similar closing software preferred., • Licensed in PA/MD is a plus!
