Clinical Readiness & Supply Management * Clean and restock rooms at the start and end of the day and between patients (100% compliance). * Sterilize instruments and prepare surgical trays and consent forms at least 24 hours before procedures. 3. Patient Portal & Case Management * Review and respond to 100% of portal messages within 48 hours. * Route medication refills per protocol and offer Telehealth when appropriate. 4. Documentation & Order Follow-Up * Follow up on labs, referrals, and imaging orders promptly, ensuring inbox time is maintained under 14 days. 5. Rooming Efficiency * Room ≥95% or higher of patients within 5 minutes of check-in. * Collect and document vitals, review and update medications/medical history, and enter the chief complaint before the provider enters. 6. Performance Tracking & Collaboration * Complete daily scorecard metrics (5–15 minutes per day). * Participate in weekly leadership check-ins to discuss workflow improvements. 7. Patient Experience & Satisfaction * Contribute to a professional and friendly environment with a patient satisfaction rate of ≥90% or higher in communication and professionalism. 8. Team Communication & Flexibility * Collaborate with providers and staff to ensure smooth clinical flow. * Maintain clear handoffs during shift changes and adapt to changing clinical needs.
