The New Jersey Route Driver is responsible for providing efficient and safe delivery of boxes to our customers within the NJ Area. A driver operates a refrigerated truck and also operates a hand truck to assist when making deliveries. Our drivers deliver orders to the appropriate destination within a scheduled time. They are expected to provide professional customer service and timely reporting to supervisors and assigned dispatchers regarding lateness, damaged or missing products. Qualifications: • A minimum of 5+ years of previous kitchen experience., • Bilingual in Spanish & English, • 3+ years of experience in a lead or supervisory role., • Possession of a NYC Food Handlers Permit., • Strong understanding of kitchen operations, culinary techniques, and food safety standards., • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain composure under pressure., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
