Accuracy matters, speed matters, and clean execution matters. This role exists to keep the quoting process moving smoothly without constant follow ups or handholding.The Sales Support Coordinator turns provided information into polished, accurate, client ready quotes. The work is structured and predictable most days, but you must also be comfortable with and able to pivot quickly when priorities shift. Things change fast in this industry, and we need someone who can adjust without losing effectiveness. If you struggle with routine tasks, need constant supervision, or find it difficult to stay organized in a fast-paced environment, this will not be a match. However, if you prefer clear expectations, minimal drama, and getting work done without constant oversight, you will fit this role well and shine. What You'll DoKey Responsibilities & Tasks • Building quotes in Autotask or Oracle and other tools as needed, • Entering SKUs, quantities, descriptions, and services with precision, • Formatting final documents so they are consistent and professional, • Double checking your own work. Accuracy is not negotiable, • Following established templates, structures, and pricing rules exactly, • Handling basic procurement follow ups and vendor price checks, • Asking short, focused questions only when information is missing, • Keeping pace with shifting priorities when things move quickly, • Strong attention to detail. If you routinely miss the small stuff, this will not work, • Ability to follow written instructions exactly as given, • Solid organizational skills and the discipline to keep yourself on track, • Comfortable with repetitive, structured administrative work, • Able to learn Autotask or similar systems quickly, • Tech literate enough to handle SKUs, pricing, licensing, and vendor info, • Professional, direct communication style, • Ability to stay focused without constant reminders or supervision, • Comfortable adjusting when priorities shift quickly, • This is a detail heavy, execution focused role. Consistency matters more than creativity, • You will be expected to work independently once trained, and accuracy is not negotiable, • We move quickly, and you are expected to keep pace without sacrificing quality, • Direct feedback is normal here. It keeps standards clear and the work aligned, • This role is not a path into sales or management but for someone preferring structured administrative work, • Reliability, professionalism, and accountability are essential.
