Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an LCSW(A), LCMHC(A) + LCAS(A) at our facility in Raleigh, NC. The primary responsibilities include conducting individual and group therapy sessions, performing assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing case management, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role involves supporting clients through their recovery journey, ensuring confidentiality, and maintaining detailed records. Responsibilities: • Facilitate SACOT/SAIOP group therapy, • Provide therapy for SACOT/SAIOP clients, • Develop and implement individual treatment plans, • Establish treatment goals and milestones with clients, • Prepare progress reports and letters for relevant parties, • Educate families and groups on substance abuse treatments and prevention programs, • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare or counseling professionals, • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team., • Fully or Provisionally Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW(A), Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor LCMHC(A), and dually Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS) preferred, LPC, CADC, • Skills in Case Management, • Strong communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills, • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, • Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, • Experience in addiction treatment and working with high-functioning individuals is a plus, • Previous experience in counseling, social work, or other related fields, • Compassionate and caring demeanor, • Ability to build rapport with clients, • Excellent written and verbal communication skills Company DescriptionAt Welwynn Outpatient Center, we specialize in discreet, individualized addiction treatment for executives, professionals, and their families.
