We're looking for motivated Full-Time experienced Electricians that can lead (1) installation truck each day. You'll be expected to complete 1-3 intraday residential electrical projects on a daily basis. Our company installs a range of electrical and energy-related services: • 50% Electric Vehicle Charging (residential and commercial), • 30% traditional electrical services (panel upgrades, lighting, troubleshoots, etc.), • 10% Smart Electrical Panel Installations Who we're looking for... • Individuals with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Lead Electrician or Journeyman role, • Electrical experience with energy (EV/Solar) related installs is a plus but not required, • Individuals who are great at dealing directly with homeowners, • Individuals with exceptional problem-solving and teamwork skills, • Applicants must have a valid driver’s license in good standing with a clean driving record, • Applicants must be willing to participate in a background check, • Applicants must own a reliable form of transportation to get to and from our location, • Competitive Hourly Pay ($25-$38/hr depending on experience), • 3-Day Weekends All Year Long! ~ only 4x10 work weeks, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefit Plans, • Retirement - 401K Plans, • Performance-Based Paid Leave, • Dedicated Work Truck, • New and Innovative Services to Add to Your Skillset, • Professional, Respectful, and Fun Management Team, • 30+ Years of Electrical and Management Experience - Room to Learn and Grow Thanks for applying and we hope to bring you into the Spotlight Family! :) Powered by JazzHR ouTOf2wVhW
