The Role in Brief: Lead Recruiter, Hybrid As a Lead Recruiter at EAB with a focus on recruitment for Hybrid, you'll play a key role in attracting, assessing, and recruiting top commercial talent for Hybrid's fast-growing teams across functions including Sales, Account Management, and Marketing. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for every candidate and stakeholder. We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, organized in their work, driven to succeed, and passionate about commercial recruitment. You will also be comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, with an understanding of how to organize an ATS and how to use enterprise videoconferencing software (e.g., Teams, Zoom) for virtual interviews. And in addition to driving recruitment for Hybrid in the U.S., you will also be joining the broader EAB Recruiting team and will have opportunities to play a key role in integrating best-practice Talent Acquisition strategies and processes. This hire will be based in our Philadelphia, PA office. Primary Responsibilities: • Manage the full candidate life cycle: attract, select, schedule, brief, interview, maintain engagement, and negotiate offers to close candidates, • Source and attract exceptional commercial talent through a mix of direct outreach, headhunting, job boards, LinkedIn, and other sourcing tools, • Develop a critical eye for candidates by achieving a deep understanding of the unique needs of various business lines and job profiles; conduct comprehensive interviews that test for key qualifications, • Market the firm to candidates, driving interest in Hybrid and EAB with a keen sense of what sells in competitive job markets, how to represent our opportunities in a compelling way, and how to champion our employer brand through a positive, engaging, and values-led candidate experience, • Highlight the firm's culture, benefits, and opportunities for growth throughout the candidate lifecycle to engage and secure top talent, • Drive effective decision making with line managers to expedite the hiring process, • Successfully manage the offer delivery and candidate "sell" process - create and deliver compelling and equitable offer proposals, ask probing questions to understand the factors in a candidate's decision-making process, and coordinate efforts to effectively address questions or concerns with the ultimate goal of securing an acceptance, • Partner closely with managers to set effective search strategies, advise on recruitment updates and delivery outputs, and consistently deliver high-quality hires, • Analyze market and recruiting data to inform strategy, pivoting as needed to meet desired goals, • Partner effectively with fellow recruiters to share candidate pipelines and contribute to team hiring goals, • Support the broader Talent (i.e., HR) team with related administrative tasks and reporting updates, ensuring data accuracy within the ATS and related Talent systems while maintaining up-to-date hiring and onboarding action, • Participate in special projects (e.g., recruiting workstreams, referral triaging, sourcing strategies, training modules and presentations) Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree, • 4-5+ years of relevant professional experience, including full lifecycle recruiting and search management, • Track record of success delivering against hiring goals at volume in an internal corporate recruiting or staffing agency environment, • Proven ability to operate with urgency and adapt quickly in fast-paced or high-growth environments, demonstrating strong ownership and a focus on driving work through to completion, • Experience successfully leveraging applicant tracking systems and advanced candidate sourcing techniques, • Proven goal orientation and ability to achieve or exceed target metrics and expectations, • Ability to work and collaborate successfully on a geographically dispersed team, • Experience managing multiple, competing priorities, with strong attention to detail, • Exposure to and comfort managing client and/or internal stakeholder relationships, • Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and sourcing tools Ideal Qualifications: • Experience recruiting for sales/commercial roles, ideally including within an in-house corporate recruiting environment, • Background working within or recruiting for professional services, marketing agencies, and/or the education industry, • Clear, effective and persuasive written and spoken communication skills, • High emotional intelligence with ability to build rapport quickly and navigate sensitive situations effectively with empathy and diplomacy, • Passionate about candidate experience and employer branding, • Comfort navigating change and working within a dynamic growth environment, • Demonstrated ability to leverage solid judgment in complex situations and contribute a solution orientation to ongoing process optimization, • Commitment to embracing a continual learning environment and contributing to a dynamic and welcoming culture of fairness, authenticity, and belonging in support of EAB's mission, values, and aspiration. Compensation: The anticipated starting salary (base) range for this role is $82,500 - $87,500 per year. Actual salary varies due to factors that may include but not be limited to relevant experience, skills, and location. At EAB, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the starting salary range for their role. This hire will additionally be eligible for discretionary bonus or incentive compensation. Variable compensation may depend on various factors, such as individual and organizational performance.
