Associate Attorney – Insurance Defense Litigation Location: White Plains, NY (100% in-office) Experience: 5+ Years Salary: Commensurate with experience A well-established and highly regarded insurance defense litigation firm located in the heart of White Plains are currently seeking a disciplined, trial-ready Associate Attorney to join their growing team. This is a full-time, in-person position for an experienced litigator capable of hit-the-ground-running. You will have full autonomy over a dedicated caseload of 60–65 active files, managing matters from initial inception through to trial or final disposition. Key Responsibilities • Drafting and arguing complex motions and appeals., • Conducting and defending depositions of parties, experts and medical professionals., • Representing clients in court appearances, mediations and arbitrations., • Developing and executing comprehensive litigation strategies., • Providing regular, detailed reporting to insurance carriers and clients. Qualifications • Minimum of 5 years of dedicated insurance defense litigation experience., • Must be admitted to practice in the State of New York (New Jersey admission is a plus)., • Proven track record of managing a high-volume caseload independently. Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills are essential., • This role requires a consistent, 5-day-a-week physical presence in their White Plains office.
