Job Description An Associate Attorney with 3+ years' experience of business law is needed for a hybrid position in Austin, TX. The Associate Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in commercial litigation matters. The Associate Attorney will handle cases from inception through resolution, including discovery, motions, trial preparation, and settlement negotiations. This position requires strong analytical, research, and writing skills, as well as courtroom experience in complex business disputes.
