Job Title: Bioprocess Associate-DAY SHIFT \nPay Rate: $21.50 per hour \nLocation: Onsite \nJob Type: Contract (6-month duration) \nSchedule: Fixed shift schedule. 36 hours the first week, 48 hours the next week, alternating. \nShift Hours: 6AM - 6PM. Must be willing to work scheduled holidays, weekends, and overtime. This is a Day shift role.\n \nPosition Overview: \nWe are seeking a Bioprocess Associate to join our team in a biologics manufacturing environment. This is an entry-level position that provides hands-on training and development in biologics operations. You will work in a clean, classified area requiring adherence to strict hygiene and safety protocols, including specified gowning and personal protective equipment (PPE). \nThis position is 100% onsite, and you will be trained in biologics manufacturing, including equipment setup, process monitoring, and maintaining compliance with safety standards.\n \nQualifications: \nTop 3 Skills Required for this Role:\n\n\n\t • Disciplined - Able to follow processes and maintain consistent work performance.\n\t, • Creative/Think Outside of the Box - Ability to approach challenges in innovative ways.\n\t, • Problem-Solving - Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions.\n\nRequirements:\n\n\n\t, • High school diploma or equivalent.\n\t, • Ability to follow written instructions, verify data, perform minor mathematics equations, and accurately document results to ensure safe and compliant work practices.\n\t, • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teammates.\n\t, • Strong communication skills.\n\t, • Familiarity with common computer tools, including web-based applications.\n\t, • A mindset of continuous improvement, with a desire to learn and contribute to a culture of excellence.\n\t, • Must be able to quickly understand and assimilate new information.\n\nNice to Have:\n\n\n\t, • Mechanical aptitude.\n\t, • Familiarity with general chemistry, microbiology, or clean room operations.\n\t, • Prior manufacturing experience.\n\t, • Set up, operate, and clean process equipment, including manipulating valves, hoses, clamps, piping, etc.\n\t, • Prepare buffers, media, and reagents up to 2000L.\n\t, • Monitor process parameters and escalate abnormal conditions as needed.\n\t, • Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with compliance standards.\n\t, • Ensure a clean and orderly work environment at all times.\n\t, • Achieve and maintain proficiency in all responsibilities through ongoing training.\n\t, • This position includes physical demands, such as bending, twisting, squatting, kneeling, climbing, or reaching, and infrequent unassisted lifting (up to 50 lbs).\n\t, • Training for proficiency in biologics manufacturing.\n\t, • Opportunity to develop expertise in a cutting-edge field.\n\t Get a complete career fit with Kelly®.
