About theRole: As a CBRE DataCenter Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementingchange management strategies, managing transaction activities, and drivingchange programs for business transformation within a department or businessline.. This job ispart of the Critical and Technical Services job function. They are responsiblefor technical maintenance services in critical client environments. What youwill do : * Coordinateand schedule operational and infrastructure changes within the data center toensure minimal risk and disruption. * Actas the primary point of contact for change-related communication withoperations teams, engineers, vendors, and customers. * Maintainaccurate change records, approvals, and schedules using change management toolsand processes. * Supportrisk assessment, post-change reviews, and continuous improvement to enhancedata center reliability and performance. * Maintaintraining matrix with continual tracking for a client site and filing oftraining data. * searchand resolve routine support issues. Follow-up to ensure resolution of openissues. Assist in preparing user reference material. * Compilea variety of operating, financial, and statistical information to respond tomanagement requests as needed. * Ensurebusiness policies and processes are communicated within the team. * Helpto facilitate process improvement by engaging appropriate resources in issueidentification and resolution. * Support coordination, tracking, and enrollmentof team training. * Confirm the provision of healthy and safeworking conditions. Verify that both client and company health and * safetypolicies and processes are effectively implemented. * Useexisting procedures to solve straightforward problems while having a limitedopportunity to exercise discretion. * Impactthrough clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks are described in detail. * Deliver own output by following definedprocedures and processes under close supervision and guidance. What You'llNeed: * HighSchool Diploma or GED with up to 2 years of job-related experience. * Abilityto follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work. * Communicationskills to exchange straightforward information. * Workingknowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook,etc. * Strongorganizational skills with an inquisitive mindset. * Basicmath skills. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages,discounts, and markup CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Finance Analyst position is $80,000 / $38.46hr annually and the maximum salary of $90,000/$43.27 hr annually . The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience.
