About the Role We are looking for a professional, results-oriented individual to join our team as a Real Estate Franchise Manager. Good background in franchise sales. This person must be approachable, organized, and confident with a strong background in real estate and franchise operations. The ideal candidate has a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and is passionate about helping franchise owners succeed. The Franchise Manager will build trusted relationships with franchise partners, provide ongoing support, ensure brand standards are met, and help drive business growth across our growing network. Earn competitive commissions on every franchise sale in addition to an hourly base pay. Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the primary point of contact for franchise owners and operators in New Jersey., • Selling Franchises., • Extending the ROGNJ brand in New Jersey., • Ensure franchisees comply with company policies, real estate regulations, and brand standards., • Evaluate franchise performance, analyze KPIs, and implement strategies for growth and profitability., • Coordinate marketing efforts and promotional initiatives across franchise locations., • Conduct regular monthly site visits and/or hold Zoom Meetings to monitor operations, brand presentation, and client experience., • Resolve operational issues, mediate conflicts, and support franchisees in problem-solving., • Identify new market opportunities and assist in franchise development and recruitment., • Ability to work with Marketing, Executive Admin, Recruiting departments.Qualifications:, • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills., • Proven ability to manage multiple franchise relationships and drive performance., • Years of experience in franchise management, preferably in the real estate industry., • Strong understanding of real estate operations, practices, and compliance requirements., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platform.
