About the Role Position:** Full-Time Deli Worker Location:** 2 RIDGEDALE AVVE WEST Shifts:** 8 PM -5 PM Department:** Deli Type:** Full-time Key Responsibilities Prepare and slice meats and cheeses to customer specifications Operate deli slicers, scales, and other standard equipment safely Maintain clear, organized, and well-stocked displays Ensure product quality, freshness, and proper rotation (FIFO) Handle custom orders and customer service inquiries with a friendly demeanor Maintain a clean and sanitized work area; follow food safety guidelines Assist with inventory counts and restocking as needed Collaborate with team to ensure smooth store operations in a high-volume environment Required Qualifications Prior range experience in a deli or food service setting Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work well with others and contribute to a positive team environment Reliable, punctual, and able to handle a fast-paced workload Clean, neat appearance and professional demeanor Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed Basic math skills for pricing and Cash handling familiarity (if applicable) Desired Qualifications Food safety certification or willingness to obtain Experience with cash handling or POS systems Knowledge of knife safety and slicer operation (training provided) What We Offer Competitive hourly wage and opportunities for advancement Employee discount on store products

Knowledge of retail math and inventory management principles is beneficial. A proactive approach to cold calling and lead generation activities.
