POSITION SUMMARY The Site Leads are a key part of the Camp Admin Team coordinating between Camp Admin, Camp Educators, caregivers, campers, and partners and must have excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills. There are two parts to this role: pre-camp (April 6-May 29) and during/post-camp (June 1-August 21). Pre-camp, this role will coordinate logistics (hiring, training, contract services, supply management, reports and systems setup) and assist in the development of daily schedules and camp planning. During camp, this role provides overall site management by leading the staff and day-to-day operations at their individual camp site (Thinkery). Post-camp, this role will oversee camp wrap-up, including closing out reports, returning supplies, and supporting any end-of-summer documentation or follow-up tasks. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS • Oversee daily logistics across the camp location and support staff with educational and operational needs as they arise., • Supervise camp staff, including Assistant Site Lead, Camp Educators, and provide feedback and communication about staff performance., • Assists in recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training of all camp staff., • Work with educators and program coordinator to build weekly activity schedules and prioritize staff callouts, adjusting daily schedules accordingly and reaching out to Camp Admin when appropriate., • Be the first to respond to emergency situations and communicate as needed to the Admin Team., • Lead parent communications through daily/weekly emails, phone calls, and in-person communications during pickup and drop-off., • Create and run reports (attendance, medical forms, photo releases, aftercare, etc.)., • Support camper registration by communicating any needs to Reservations., • Sub into other Education Roles as needed on a day-by-day basis., • Ensure the Site is adhering to Thinkery’s healthy and safety protocols, in accordance with Local, State and Federal public safety guidelines., • Uphold camp content expectations in classroom, ensuring that educators are delivering quality content to campers. Job Description POSITION SUMMARY The Clinical Lab Supervisor is a leader in Natera's lab operations whose role is to oversee employees' performance and serve as a liaison between employees and senior management to meet company goals and quality objectives. The CRNA is responsible for the patient’s pre-anesthesia and medication, review of the patient’s treatment plan and preparing the patient for interventional pain procedures and surgeries. What You'll Do • Lead consultative intro calls (inbound) with parents and students to understand their goals, explain the admissions process, and recommend the right Inspira programs and packages based on their needs, • Own the relationship with prospective students and families from first touch through enrollment by building trust, offering guidance, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience throughout their journey, • Follow up strategically and consistently to stay connected with prospects, anticipate questions or concerns, and help them confidently decide to partner with Inspira, • Experiment and innovate—test new scripts, refine messaging, and explore creative follow-up strategies to maximize conversion rates and continuously improve the enrollment experience, • Close deals across a range of programs and services, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals, • Collaborate cross-functionally with the marketing, counseling, and finance teams to ensure seamless handoffs, strong alignment, and an exceptional customer experience, • Stay informed on competitor offerings and market trends; provide real-time feedback to founders and leadership to shape product, pricing, and go-to-market strategy, • Leverage HubSpot CRM to manage the full sales cycle—tracking leads, logging communications, creating email templates, forecasting revenue, and maintaining data integrity across all stages, • Forecast enrollments accurately by managing deal stages, values, and close dates in HubSpot, • Support onboarding and customer success for newly enrolled students to ensure a strong start and high satisfactionWho You Are, • 3–5 years of experience in inbound sales within a service-oriented or consultative environment, ideally with sales cycles under 2–3 months, • Proven success selling premium or high-value service packages (ACV $5,000+), with a track record of exceeding targets and delivering exceptional client experiences, • Excellent communication skills. We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for will manage utility-scale Battery Energy Storage Projects and Substation Projects. The Project Manager is the CEO of his or her assigned projects and in charge of Project Safety, Scheduling, the Projects Budget, Contract Management, and Construction Quality conforming to Jupiter Powers expectations. This role will be based out of our Austin, TX office and is subject to our Companys return-to-office policy which currently requires a minimum of three days a week in the office. The Project Manager will not be site-based; however, he or she is expected to travel to project sites as often as it is required by the projects needs. Key Responsibilities Planning: • Manages the overall design of the project coordinating external and internal engineering resources., • Manages the project plan, hosts site kick-off in conjunction with the construction manager, and close out meetings for the project., • Ensures EPC issues daily JHAs and Plan of the Day., • Ensures EPC is on schedule and assists with schedule recovery plans as needed., • Manage design RFIs coordination with internal and external engineering resources., • Leads by example to show that safety is the most important function, ensuring that all employees follow safe practices while working., • Accountable to continually reinforce safe behaviors and correct at risk behaviors., • Ensures Job Hazard Analysis (JHAs) occurs before scopes of work commence., • Adheres to and ensures all site team members understand standard operating procedures., • Ensures new hires receive job- and task-specific training prior to commencing work (PM, Supers and CMs)., • Provides excellence in the management and delivery of the project, in-line with Jupiters expectations., • Ensures EPC is following the Contract and reviews Change orders., • Manage field purchases of project related materials and equipment as required., • Maintains a full understanding of all contractual obligations for the project and documentation of variances., • Ensures that the overall terms of the main EPC contract are passed on to the subcontracts Requirements • Bachelors degree or equivalent, • Must be familiar with Project Management process including Budgeting, Contract Negotiations, Change Order Negotiations, and Scheduling including the use of scheduling software. PMP Certification is a plus., • Must be versed in Construction safety (OSHA 30 training certificate is a plus), • Must have 5+ years of Construction experience, including on-site experience, • Must have 3+ years of Supervisory experience in a Construction leadership role, • Must have a valid drivers license, eligible for corporate vehicle insurance coverage. Candidates will be required to sit, stand, and drive for extended periods of time, and must be able to lift up to ten pounds repetitively. Candidates will be required to pass a pre-employment background investigation and may be subject to drug tests as a condition of employment.
