Bronx Grove is a building which was developed and is operated by CAMBA Housing Ventures. The project has 323 total number of dwelling units, 194 units will be supported by social services. There will be an onsite superintendent. The unit distribution is 97 ESSHI units and 97 NY 15/15. CAMBA, Inc. is the on-site services provider. Sixty one apartments, 60% of the units in the building, will be master leased by CAMBA and will house chronically homeless single adults and families who, the head of households, are diagnosed with chronic health conditions. The remaining 129 units are occupied by community residents, who may require some services. CAMBA will serve 30 chronically homeless families, or families at serious risk of becoming chronically homeless, in which the head of household suffers from a serious and persistent mental illness or is diagnosed as mentally ill and chemically addicted under Population Option II. BJI is seeking a Clinical Manager for the borough’s Supervised Release Program (SRP). Reporting to the Director of Practice, Programming and Partnerships, the Clinical Manager will oversee SRP Clinicians who provide intake, assessment, evidence-based group and individual programming to address participant needs and court mandates, and crisis support to participants in need. This position leverages clinical, supervisory, and program management experience to support the SRP Clinicians in the execution of their responsibilities. Specifically, the Clinical Manager will provide SRP Clinicians with supervision and case conferencing in both one-on-one and group formats to ensure program offerings and clinical interventions are carried out thoroughly, ethically, and in alignment with the program model and organizational values. Lastly, the Clinical Manager also plays a key role in overseeing quality assurance systems and internal audits for the clinician team to ensure the teams’ compliance with program requirements, court reporting obligations, and adherence to the program model. The Staff Nurse will manage infection control, conduct patient assessments, handle medical documentation, and facilitate health-related group sessions, all while ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance are maintained. Key Responsibilities • Ensure infection control practices and reporting procedures are in place., • Conduct urinalysis toxicology data analysis., • Enter orders for all clients in the facility as instructed., • Triage medical issues and perform thorough patient assessments., • Document client symptoms and health-related complaints in the EMR., • Maintain communication with scheduling coordinators and doctors., • Lead HIV/Hepatitis and Nutrition groups and complete associated documentation., • Attend all scheduled staff meetings., • Maintain clear, written logs of client activities., • Report significant questions, concerns, and complaints to counselors or administrative staff., • Complete all required paperwork including medical logs, shift reports, and MORs., • Maintain prompt and regular attendance., • Assist in the medical training of BHTs as needed., • Be available for overtime if required., • Licensed Nurse in the state of New Jersey, • CPR Certification required., • Several years of experience in a substance abuse or psychiatric setting., • Strong verbal and written communication skills., • Registered Nurse (RN) credential in New Jersey required., • CPR certification required and must be maintained during employment.
