The Van Dyke facility will provide 54 units for New York/New York III formerly homeless families under NYC 15/15. CAMBA will have a full on-site office suite and offer case management to promote healthy living, connection to medical, mental health and substance treatment, and assisting tenants to access and maintain public benefits; computer trainings and resume workshops within the on-site computer library; financial literacy programs; access and referral services to other CAMBA programs and local organizations and service providers; community-building activities to help integrate the tenants; and additional supports as needed to help tenants succeed and remain stably housed. Job Overview: The Senior Inventory Controls Coordinator is responsible for managing all inventory in the Food Rescue Center (FRC) of which 79% are perishable items. They will help maintain food quality by regular inventory checks and counts that will occur on a regular basis. They will work with the Procurement & Inventory Controls Manager, on reconciling virtual and physical inventory and will be an integral part of managing entries into multiple City Harvest systems. The Senior Inventory Controls Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining the lowest possible amount of waste within the FRC. They will work with key internal operational teams including Warehouse, Supply Chain, Volunteer Services, Business Intelligence, Program Operations, Food Transport, Supply Chain Command Center and the Mobile Market team to understand and monitor the full lifecycle of our food through the warehouse and will support identifying and implementing areas for improvement. The Property Manager position partners with Social Services staff to collaborate in the development, evaluation and implementation of agency policies, procedures, and programs with the goal of improving the services provided to residents.
