Job Description SUMMARY The HCTC Foster Care Licensing Coach (FCLC) works closely with HCTC Foster Care Coordinator and the Foster Care teams to support Foster Parents of La Paloma Family Services (LPFS) HCTC Foster Care Program in providing mental health services to children. Establish and write thorough and informative home studies. Interpret and implement legal responsibilities. Responsible for direct and indirect assistance and supervision of families, adults, and children in foster care program, including the ability to teach de-escalation techniques, parenting skills and effective discipline techniques. Coach, advice, and train Resource Parents to provide mental health services to children with extensive behavioral needs.
