Job Description We are looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Producer. In this role, you will be responsible for selling, marketing, and servicing our insurance products to both current clients and prospective customers. This position involves building meaningful relationships, understanding client needs, and providing tailored solutions to help individuals, families, and small businesses achieve financial security. As a full-time member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients goals while contributing to the success of our agency. Identify Requirements Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive, be resourceful, and be coachable. Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude. Excellent Communication/interpersonal skills. A Property & Casualty license is preferred but will train good individual. Prior Sales Experience not required but preferred Must be highly self-motivated. Professional phone etiquette. Exceptional business writing and editing skills. Critical thinking skills
