Compensation- $63,400+ depending on experience, with opportunity for growth As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated and communicative Mortgage Loan Processor (Loan Partner) who is obsessed with getting loans to the finish line—and making the process feel seamless and empowering for clients. Compensation: $63,400+ Responsibilities: • File Ownership: Accurately calculate income, assets, and structure loans in compliance with agency and investor guidelines. Stack and submit clean, complete files to underwriting., • Communication Hub: Proactively communicate with borrowers, real estate agents, underwriters, and attorneys. Provide timely, consistent updates to all parties—anticipating questions before they arise., • Proactive Pipeline Management: Own your pipeline by following up on outstanding items, anticipating UW conditions, and requesting needs from all parties to meet all deadlines, and keeping every file moving smoothly toward closing., • Condition Collection: Request and obtain loan conditions from borrowers with clear, supportive communication. Make it easy for borrowers to understand what’s needed and why., • Team Collaboration: Partner with loan officers to ensure proper loan structuring and alignment with borrower goals.
