What You’ll Do: • As a Restoration Technician, you’ll assist the Crew Lead in delivering top-notch restoration services to our customers. Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of our customers by helping restore their properties and peace of mind. Key responsibilities include:, • Assist with content manipulation, water extraction, demolition, and cleaning, • Remove and dispose of non-salvageable materials as directed, • Set up and break down air movers, dehumidifiers, and other equipment, • Follow safety protocols and proper material handling procedures, • Maintain cleanliness and functionality of jobsites, vehicles, equipment, and warehouse, • Support team members and provide clear communication with colleagues, • Provide high-quality service that meets company and customer expectations, • Adapt to changing job needs, emergency calls, and varying work environments What We’re Looking For: • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record., • Capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working in physically demanding environments., • Proficient in the safe and effective use of hand and power tools., • Willingness to respond and work after hours., • A keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic., • Strong communication, reliability, and customer service skills., • A desire to grow and advance within the company.
