Emerging Talent Program (Entry-Level Hiring) LX Pantos Americas is seeking highly motivated and driven entry-level talent to join our ETP(Emerging Talent Program). A total of 16 new graduates / entry-level employees will be selected for this program. Participants will complete a structured 1-year rotational program designed to provide hands-on exposure across multiple business functions, operational environments, and strategic projects within the organization. The program is intended to develop future logistics and supply chain professionals through real-world experience, cross-functional collaboration, and direct involvement in key business initiatives across the Americas region.
