Job DescriptionThe Director of First Impressions will serve as the face of the company, ensuring every guest, client, and employee receives a welcoming and professional experience. This individual will manage front desk operations, coordinate communication, and uphold a high standard of customer service. Key Responsibilities: • Greet visitors, clients, and staff warmly and professionally, • Answer and direct phone calls promptly and courteously, • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries, • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room reservations, • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document preparation, • Support internal events, meetings, and special projects as needed, • Serve as liaison between guests and staff to ensure seamless communicationQualifications:, • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred), • Previous front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience required, • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment, • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environmentPreferred Skills:, • Customer service or hospitality background, • Familiarity with phone systems, visitor management software, or CRM tools, • Bilingual or multilingual abilities a plus
