We are seeking a Social Service Supervisor for The Doe Fund's newest permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals living with a serious mental illness and/or history of substance use. The housing program is designed to provide long-term residential care and twenty-four-hour support services in a community environment that maximizes residents' independence while ensuring their physical and emotional security and well-being. This 109-unit residence will provide housing for 39 individuals referred by the NYC Human Resources Administration (HRA), and the remaining 70 units will be apartments for moderate-income households. The Social Service Supervisor will provide clinical and administrative supervision to members of the Clinical team. The successful candidate will have strong clinical and supervisory skills along with experience working with individuals diagnosed with co-occurring disorders and/or trauma, as well as relevant New York City and State agencies and funding sources.
