Product, Systems & AI Manager About Pinecrest Consulting At Pinecrest Consulting, we are not just building a company. We are building infrastructure for an industry that has historically lagged behind innovation. Recognized as a Top Workplace by The Dallas Morning News, Pinecrest has scaled rapidly by combining strong people, disciplined execution, and a relentless commitment to better solutions in insurance, financial services, compliance, and beyond. We are now entering our next phase. We are investing heavily in systems architecture, automation, AI-driven workflows, CRM evolution, and scalable internal product infrastructure. We are seeking a high-agency operator who sees the opportunity to architect real transformation inside a growth-stage company with meaningful runway. About the Role This is a high-ownership execution role. You will work directly with the CEO, absorbing vision, priorities, and fast-moving ideas — and independently converting them into structured plans, technical builds, and shipped systems. You will not be given step-by-step instructions. You will be given direction and context — and expected to run. You will function as the connective tissue across Salesforce, Moxo, internal platforms, AI systems, compliance infrastructure, and operational tooling. You will translate executive thinking into structured execution without constant oversight. This is not a coordination role. It is an ownership role. This role requires someone who: • Thinks in systems, not tasks, • Operates independently with minimal supervision, • Understands engineering constraints and product tradeoffs, • Is fluent in AI applications and workflow automation, • Moves fast without sacrificing structure, • Is comfortable operating in ambiguity and producing results You will build. You will implement. You will elevate the company’s operational ceiling. Ownership & Autonomy Expectations • Take incomplete ideas and convert them into structured, executable plans, • Drive initiatives forward without waiting for detailed direction, • Solve problems resourcefully when clarity is limited, • Identify gaps in systems, processes, and infrastructure before they become bottlenecks, • Escalate strategically — not reflexively Progress is expected even when information is imperfect. What You’ll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap Ownership • Translate strategic goals into clear product requirements and execution plans, • Define scope, dependencies, technical requirements, and success metrics, • Prioritize initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and ROI, • Own projects from discovery through launch and iteration, • Establish measurable adoption and usage metrics to ensure tools deliver real impact When leadership outlines a direction — you define the path and execute it. AI & Automation Execution • Identify and deploy AI-driven workflows across sales, compliance, onboarding, reporting, and internal operations, • Integrate AI into CRM, collaboration systems, and internal dashboards, • Build practical AI use cases that drive measurable efficiency gains, • Understand LLM capabilities, limitations, and implementation tradeoffs, • Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools and operationalize what is enterprise-ready This role requires implementation, not experimentation. Engineering & Systems Collaboration • Write structured PRDs and technical documentation, • Partner closely with developers to deploy scalable, secure, and compliant solutions, • Maintain continuous feedback loops between engineering and business units, • Translate business logic into technical system builds, • Ensure what is built is adopted and driving measurable outcomes You must be comfortable reading API documentation, understanding integration constraints, and mapping system architecture — without being a software engineer. Platform & Systems Ownership • Own Salesforce architecture evolution and CRM optimization, • Oversee workflow design and optimization within Moxo and client collaboration systems, • Lead integration planning across CRM, payroll, benefits platforms, reporting tools, and finance systems, • Maintain data integrity frameworks and reporting visibility, • Build dashboards that create operational transparency These platforms are treated as products — not tools. Operational Infrastructure • Build and maintain system documentation and process maps, • Create implementation and rollout plans across departments, • Serve as escalation point for complex workflow or integration challenges, • Reduce friction across cross-functional workflows What We’re Looking For • 5+ years in Product, Technical Project Management, Systems Architecture, or Implementation roles, • Demonstrated experience operating independently in high-growth environments, • Strong systems architecture thinking (data models, integrations, workflow mapping), • Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, integrations, and enterprise SaaS tools, • Proven experience implementing AI tools into live business workflows, • Strong analytical instincts with comfort in metrics and experimentation, • Ability to operate in regulated or compliance-driven environments preferred You should be structured, resourceful, calm under pressure, and deeply execution-oriented. This Role Is Not a Fit If: • You need highly detailed instructions to begin work, • You prefer coordination over ownership, • You avoid ambiguity, • You wait for clarity instead of creating it, • You are uncomfortable being measured on shipped outcomes What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months) • Major system initiatives move from idea to implementation without constant oversight, • AI and automation reduce manual workload across core teams, • CRM and internal platforms operate with clean data and real-time reporting visibility, • Cross-department workflows become more structured and predictable, • Executive strategic bandwidth expands because execution is reliably handled Apply For the right person, this is not just product management. It is the opportunity to own and evolve the systems that power a multi-entity, compliance-driven organization entering its next stage of growth. If you are a high-agency operator, AI-forward builder, and execution-obsessed systems thinker who thrives in autonomy and accountability, we want to hear from you.
