Job Description The primary purpose of the Outside Services Attendant is to provide the highest degree of customer service to our members and guests throughout the clubhouse, driving range, and the golf course area. The Outside Services consist of valet services, cart barn, driving range, golf tournament services, and Range Master. Essential Duties: • Provide superior customer service to all arriving and departing front of the clubhouse guests and assisting with any and all needs they should have., • Greet and direct guests to clubhouse amenities., • Assist guests by opening car doors and front doors to clubhouse., • Provide excellent valet service for restaurant and golf guest. This includes safely parking and retrieving guest vehicles., • Assist with all guest bag handling from point of arrival to departure of the clubhouse., • Work with golf shop and host stand to assist guests with taxi and shuttle services., • Ensure that all vehicle keys and guest’s golf bags are secure at all times., • Ensure that ONLY invited guests enter any event room., • Ensure that the Practice Range is properly set up every morning for our golfing and range guests., • Ensure that the cart barn and driving range are stocked with range balls at all times., • Assist all range and golfing guests with golf bags and any questions or needs they should have., • Continually pick the range throughout the day by driving the range picker vehicle., • Perform a” CLEAN PICK” upon closing the range EVERY NIGHT.
