Moriviv Residential Program is a 51 bed scattered site safe dwelling. The goal of this program is to provide short term, emergency shelter for people fleeing domestic violence. Program staff work with each participant to develop an individualized action plan that connects them to support services and helps them secure permanent housing. Supportive services include: counseling, support groups, case management, childrens services, referrals for educational/vocational facilities, job preparation and health promotion for women and children. The Program Manager is responsible for the overall daily operations of the program and the safe dwellings. In addition to acting as VIPs primary coordinator to assure that all efforts are fully met and exceed contractual obligations (programmatic and administrative) and direct the day-to-day activities of risk management, safety/security, maintenance and client move-in/turn-over. The Program Manager is responsible for ensuring 24/7 services to all program participants and may also be called upon for late night and weekend assistance. Job Description The Academy of Rome is seeking a COO to join their team. This new hire serves as the principal executive responsible for day-to-day financial management and operations of the institution, ensuring efficient, compliant, and mission-aligned execution of all support functions. The COO is a trusted strategic leader reporting directly to the President & CEO and partners with the Executive Leadership Team. The COO manages strategic execution across financial, operational, and administrative domains and oversees eight direct reports spanning seven departments. The COO will ensure that this multifaceted institution functions as an efficient and strategically managed organization. Success in the role will be defined by improved organizational performance, operational strength and effectiveness, and effective strategic execution.
