Job Description Position Description: The Risk & Insurance Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing Foundation Communities’ risk management and insurance strategies. This role ensures the organization’s real estate portfolio and operations are protected through proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, insurance procurement, and claims management. The position collaborates across departments to promote a culture of safety, compliance, and preparedness, with a focus on both property and personnel-related risks.
