Position Overview: Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Emergency Department of an Acute Care / Academic Medical Center in Syracuse, NY. This role involves providing high-quality care in a fast-paced trauma setting, working night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with a 12-hour schedule. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver emergency nursing care to diverse patient populations., • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced trauma setting., • Maintain accurate patient records using EPIC EMR (preferred)., • Adhere to BLS & ACLS protocols in emergencies. Requirements Qualifications: • Education: Active RN license in New York State (required)., • Licensure: BLS & ACLS certifications (required)., • Experience:, • Minimum 2 years of recent ED experience (required)., • Experience in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma centers (strongly preferred)., • Experience with Adult & Pediatric populations (required)., • Technical Skills: Prior EPIC (EMR) experience (preferred)., • Soft Skills: Strong critical thinking, adaptability, and teamwork in high-pressure environments.
