Job Description Overview To plan, direct and manage the day-to-day activities of assigned staff and ambulatory services operations; to assure provisions of quality patient care in a safe environment; to provide direct patient care within the scope and practice of an RN as necessary; to function as a member of an interdisciplinary team and to act as a resource to staff and the general public regarding assigned areas of responsibility. Assesses and clearly justifies departmental needs and submits annual operating budget and capital equipment according to time frames and established protocol., • Fosters and participates in a team-oriented approach to management, consistent with position.
