Job DescriptionHR Business Partner LHH Recruiting is seeking an experienced HR business Partner with ADP Payroll experience to support the full employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations of our client in Goodyear, AZ. This role partners closely with employees, managers, recruiters, and leadership to deliver a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance, accurate data management, and efficient HR processes. Bilingual Spanish skills are strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities Employee Lifecycle Support • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a seamless and compliant employee experience, • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records within HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, • Support new hire orientation, onboarding documentation, and first-day coordination, • Process employee status changes, promotions, transfers, and terminations accurately and timely, • Support payroll administration and data coordination using ADP, including audits and reporting supportRecruitment & Talent Support, • Coordinate interviews, scheduling, and candidate communications, • Partner with hiring managers and external recruiters to support hiring needs, • Assist with drafting, posting, and managing job postings across platforms, • Support background checks, employment verifications, and pre-employment requirementsEmployee Relations, • Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, • Support employee relations matters, including documentation, investigations, and follow-up actions, • Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful workplace culture, • Assist with conflict resolution and escalation processes as appropriateCompliance & HR Operations, • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies, • Maintain I?9 documentation, E?Verify processing, and personnel files in accordance with regulations, • Support internal and external audits, HR reporting, and metrics tracking, • Assist with workers' compensation, leave administration, and related compliance processesHR Programs & Initiatives, • Assist with performance management processes, including review cycles and documentation, • Support employee engagement initiatives, training programs, and development activities, • Contribute to HR process improvements, system enhancements, and policy updatesQualifications, • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred, • 2-5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, construction, energy, or industrial environments, • Hands-on experience with ADP Payroll and HRIS systems, • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and compliance requirements, • Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail, • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills, • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionPreferred Qualifications, • Bilingual in Spanish and English, • Experience supporting a multi-site or field-based workforce, • Knowledge of HR compliance requirements in industrial or union environments, • HR certification such as PHR or SHRM?CPWork Environment, • Fast-paced, collaborative environment requiring strong prioritization and follow-through, • Regular interaction with employees at all levels of the organization, • May require occasional schedule flexibility to support HR and payroll deadlinesPay Details: $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year Search managed by: Chris Collins Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
