Job Description Position Title: Wash and Detail Manager Description Wash and Detail ManagerNational Indoor RV Centers is looking for a manager to lead our Phoenix Wash & Detail Department. We are a premier full-service RV company that values lasting relationships with our employees, customers, and the community.We are growing fast and looking for those who are eager to become a long-term valued member of our NIRVC family.If you want to work for the BEST... then we want to hear from you.As a Wash and Detail Manager, you will: • Oversee the daily operations of the RV valet and wash/detail departments, • Manage a team of valet/porters, and third-party wash/detail technicians ensuring that all RVs are cleaned and detailed to a high standard, including washing, waxing, interior detailing/cleaning, and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, • Schedule washing and detailing of coaches on the lot, • Ensure move requests, valet moves, wash bay, exterior and interior building maintenance is being performed and kept to standard, • Be the main point of contact for storage customers for the facility, • Coordinate move requests for storage customers, working with the corporate office to ensure storage levels are closely monitored and managed, • Work with the sales and service departments to deliver superior customer service, • Ensure all coaches meet our high standards through quality control checks, • Approve units for release to customer, • Manage inventory levels of cleaning and detailing supplies, and order supplies as needed, • Oversee proper customer billing for third-party wash/detail company, • Hire, train, and manage a team of RV valet/porters, • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures for the valet department, while also ensuring third-party wash/detail company meets NIRVC standards, • Be sure all policies and procedures are followed and executed in a timely manner, • Manage all team members in the department, • Recruit & training new team members, • Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner, • Analyze department performance and develop strategies to increase efficiency and profitability, • Maintain equipment and ensure that it is in good working orderQualifications:, • High School diploma, or equivalent work-related experience, • 5-10 years of customer service experience in a management role, • Prior experience in valet or wash/detailing or a related field is preferred, • Team Manager of large crew - This is not a desk job; you will be working with your team for most of the day, • Able to train and retrain current employees and new employees using provided training methods, • Able to process paperwork (Windows Applications, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.), • Able to follow processes and procedures, • On your feet most of your shift, • Multitasking is a must, • Great communication skills required, • Customer service is vital, • Mechanically inclined, • Working Outdoors (in/around water), • Being Aware and Attentive to Surroundings, • Adapt to change with a growing company, • Willing to come in on some weekends if needed, • Cleanliness is a must, • Attend critical meetings and be able to provide feedback on operations, • Knowledge of Wash and Detail a strong plus., • Demonstrated ability to establish structure, systems, and process to keep up with rapid growth., • Ability to work well with others we want to keep our place a friendly and cooperative workplace, • Positive and Can-Do attitude, • Drug free - must pass a drug test, • Legally able to work in the USA we are an E-Verify employer, • Clean-cut appearance, • Valid drivers license with a clean driving record Working Conditions:, • Will require extended periods of standing, walking, and bending, • May require lifting or moving heavy equipment or objects, • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices, • May require working in tight spaces or at heights, • May require exposure to loud noises, fumes, or chemicals, • Will require working weekends or holidays, • Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetnessWhat We Offer:We believe in investing in our employees with a great benefits package and ongoing training to help you reach your career goals:, • Medical, Dental, and Vision Available 1st of the month following 30 days of employment, • Voluntary Supplemental benefits (STD, LTD, Life, Accident, Critical Illness), • 401K, • Over 100 hours of PTO in the 1st year, • 4 paid Holidays and 40 hours of Floating Holiday, • Industry leading pay, • Brand new facilities, • Advancement opportunitiesWe are an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
